    New 12v power circuit help

Seems unusual for a trickle charge to be intelligent. The idea of a trickle charge is to deliver a small current without any restrictions. You can charge 18Ahr battery all the time at 500mA without it gassing.

    I require an oscilloscope

Always go for dual trace. All the things such as digital, storage, etc are a bonus. To see 8MHz you need 15MHz or more because the CRO starts to "taper off" (attenuate - the amplitude gets smaller than it really is) at 7MHz. You will have to look into the way they rate a digital CRO. Some...

    Piezo element microphone

A piezo diaphragm does not have a very good response. The sound will be terrible. It will sound like a ukulele.

measuring the sound intensity of Ultrasonic Pest Repellent

You need to get a piezo diaphragm that is capable of detecting (transmitting) at 60kHz. Connect is to a CRO and look at the waveform. That's what I do. And the psychiatric nurse let's me do it twice a week.

    Powering oscillated peizo buzzer

The 3 terminals on the piezo are part of an oscillator. Th 3rd wire is feedback. The oscillator will produce 110v AC. That's why it is so loud.
