Also it will have to be some serious power supply to regulate at 5v and assuming all LEDs are full on to maintain this level at the 50 odd amps.     In Aus, we get transformer oil at the local petroleum depot. (Allbeit 20 litres at a time) Perhaps a local pump/irrigation motor service agent will be able to assist?

    Use AC speakers in Car

    Supply across the large electrolytic cap from what I can see. Keep polarity correct ........ I doubt it will put out much in the way of power though, probably hardly be able to hear it above road noise.

    Go to "talkingelectronics" interactive page....... go down left side ( many free books) One there for 555 circuits. I'm sure there will be something there for 555 and press and hold switch giving one pulse. Either this or search for the latter...

    Don't know where you get 30 amp load from as only detail I can see in the link you provide is "rated current 200mA". Perhaps you can provide more detail. Other than that just use a standard auto relay. Assuming your system is 24v then use appropriate voltage relay. Note that any advice given...

    Appears beyond any thermal fuse fault by the look of the windings they're pretty-much cooked on that one side. Also great blob of molten plastic poking out of the core and a blow mark on the board. Measurements suggest 2 windings are secondary. View of the printed circuit side of the board...
