    Numeric counter displayed in 7-segment LED

    hi I am just a novice in electronics. I like to make a electronic device just have to count 1-9 in 7-segment LED I use 7447 to connect the LED and 7490 as counter but come out just all LED lights. anyone can me how to make a counter circuit?
