Numeric counter displayed in 7-segment LED

hi
I am just a novice in electronics.
I like to make a electronic device just have to count 1-9 in 7-segment LED
I use 7447 to connect the LED and 7490 as counter
but come out just all LED lights.
anyone can me how to make a counter circuit?

Those are the ICs you need, so it's just a matter of wiring them up correctly:

Make sure your seven segment display is a common anode type if you're using this circuit. If not, either find a common anode type, or swap the 7447 for a 4511

What are you using to pulse the 7490?  You can manually count with a push-button wired bounceless, or you can use a 555 timer for continuous counting.
