    Looking for an appropriate RF IC

    Hello, I'm looking for VHF-UHF RF IC. Preferably in the range of 25MHz to at least 1100MHz. I've been looking in TI, NXP and Semtech... But no luck. Last I was involved in all this was more than 10 years... I'm kinda out of loop. Can anyone help? Thanks.
