I´ve a YAMAHA AV-Receiver RX-A1020 (the same as RX-V1073) and it runs since 4 years w/o any problems. But now a days, if I switched on it take about 10 to 15 minutes if there is a sound, independend wich input I select. E.g. for TV I use the AV3 with optical input and there is shown "DECODER...
