    I have a lot of new NiCd batteries and I plan to use them. NiMH batteries are smaller ;D, but they require a more complicated charger :P than the NiCd batteries.

    Does anyone have a schematic for an audio expander that is not very complicated? I found one once but it had more than 100 components... Note: The Audio Expander is the opposite of the Audio Compressor.

    tranasistor with amplifying factor 200

    If you have a transistor meter you can measure the amplifying factor but it'll be hard to find a low power transistor transistor with that small amplifying factor (you usually get it @ about 350-400 - BC547/BC337 - or at least that's what I measured at aproximately 15 transistors)
