Asalam O ALikum,
I am working on 100MHz clock Oscillator CFPS-73 test circuit according to data sheet. After PCB designing of test circuit When i apply voltage souce, the oscilator was not draging any current. It menaz that its not working? Can any 1 suggest that is there any probelm in circuit or any other reason.....
Here is the link of data sheet inclusive of test circuit.

Most likely there is an error (a mistake) in the PCB layout (design).

Double check etch of pcb if connection was on correct pins of Clock Oscillator and broken connection.

hi welcome to the forums :)

the current drain is very small ~ 20mA, how were you measuring the current drain?

did you have a frequency counter on the output to actually see if there was a signal being produced ?

1.First check the schematic symbol of your oscillator and cross check the pin number.
2. Pin number 1 (PAD 1) should be either connected to VCC or left unconnected.
