15kV Fuse?

Hi,

I'm trying to find a replacement part for this fuse:

The only label on it is the 15kV label. It is out of a neon sign. Does anybody know where I might find one of these?

Hello,
This seems very similar to General Electrics current limiting fuse type EJ-1. But I am not sure about the size
or where to get them.
