Well this is what Win has been waiting for but it has a few problems;
http://www.ixys.com/99045.pdf
I have seen it advertised as a +/-15V gate driver but the input logic is
referenced to GND= -VCC
The ENABLE floats the output instead of forcing it low.
The functional diagram shows the high side P channel inverted so it is
always on.
Can you work around these minor problems Win??

Wow, Harry, 30A ultrafast gate drive, what's the world coming to anyway?

Thanks,

Wow. 30A eh'? That is totally ridiculus, but it is good to see such a
device exists nonetheless. I'm very pleased to see the large operating
voltage range and separate pins for sinking or sourcing current (at least
for some flavors of the device). This is a very good feature in my mind.
The under voltage lockout is also an extremely good feature. Hopefully
other gate driver manufacturer's will catch on.

Indeed, too bad about the wrong input thresholds when using negative
voltages.

I like it! (maybe I would like it less if I knew the cost)

Whoops. Forgot to say, "yum, yum." Please forgive my negligence.
