I want to add a 433 MHz signal from a small motion alarm to signal my GSM alarm system. It needs to be activated when my motion alarm goes off to send a wireless signal to my main GSM alarm in my motorhome. can anyone help?

You can use 433 MHz transmitter and receiver.
Use the small motion PIR to power the transmitter when triggered and the receiver in the motor home.
I’m not sure how you would integrate the receiver to your main GSM alarm though. The basic idea is doable but there are too many variables as you didn’t give enough information.
Your GSM alarm might have rolling frequencies which could make the receiver incompatible.
It maybe far simpler to use the receiver with a relay module to power a separate siren/buzzer/strobe etc.
It may also be possible to hardwire the receiver to one of the alarm zones and therefore trigger it. Assuming the GSM alarm has a free zone. But you could end up with false triggers if frequency interference occurs.

It really, REALLY helps us to help you if you would name (make and model #) the equipment you're asking about. I don't know what you're working with when you say "I want to add a 433 MHz signal from a small motion alarm to signal my GSM alarm system."

If this is an existing motion sensor (e.g., to turn on lights when you walk into a room) that you want to couple with a 433 MHz transmitter/receiver set, then the answer is no, unless you use the receiver to open a relay connected to one of the hardwired zones. You would then have a jury-rigged unsupervised wireless-to-hardwired zone, as suggested by Martin. But I don't know if that's what you're trying to do, so I won't go into the downside of that.

If (as seems more likely) you've got a brand-name ( like Honeywell/Ademco, DSC, or other) made-for-alarm-system motion sensor that you want to integrate into your GSM as a wireless zone---sorry, the quick answer is no: There is no practical way to make that work.

Wireless (aka "RF") sensor/transmitter units don't just send _A_ (i.e., one single) signal. Depending on make and model. and for about the last 30 years, a sensor/transmitter sends 4 to 6 different signals:
(1) Check-in (I'm sensor ID No. 12345678, and I'm working), (typically transmitted about every hour)
(2) "Fault" (e.g. door opened)
(3) Fault Restore (door closed),
(4)tamper (motion/glassbreak/etc sensors have a tamper switch on housing)
(5)tamper restore
(6)..and low battery. The low battery trouble is typically restored in the Panel when the Control Panel receives (through the Receiver) any signal that does NOT have a concomitant low-battery signal.
All these signals have to go through the Receiver, of course, but the decoding is done in the Control Panel, to see the status of each sensor/transmitter; and the format for coding/decoding RF signals is different with each different Brand. It's like Honeywell uses German, and DSC uses French to do the same thing. So even though Honeywell/Ademco and DSC alarm brands both use 433 MHz wireless, the sensor/transmitters are not cross-compatible. The systems don't understand each other's signals, by design.
I'm not familiar with the GSM alarm system, but I'm pretty certain that a Honeywell or DSC wireless motion sensor isn't compatible with it.
