Hi, I am installing a Vista-20P system in our church. I have a 6139 at address 16, a 6128rf at address 17, a 6150 at address 18, & a 6150 at address 19. I have everything laid out on a table and hardwired together. The keypads are paralleled with a home run to the panel, 10' away. The 6139 & 6128rf are working fine and the system is up and running just fine. The problem is that I don't get any readout on either of the 6150s. The green lights are on and, when I press/hold 1&3 I get the right addresses on each, but the ready light and armed lights don't come on and there's no display on the screen. What do I need to do to get the system to recognize the 6150s?

I have seen where the address is programmed into the keypad but in the panel software it hasn't recognized that there is a device. I would check in the panel programming to make sure everything looks ok.

I recognize this post is over six months old, but I'm a noob here, so I apologize.
This sounds like my issue; how do I go about checking the panel programming to make sure everything's OK? I'm installing a new Vista20 system, with a Honeywell 6150 keypad, and this is exactly my issue: the green keypad lights are on, but the LCD and the Armed and Ready lights are off.
