Ademco 7720 Programming Tool

My boss just handed me this item that had been laying around the shop. Does
anyone know what it programs?

Thanks for the info... I'm not sure how we ended up with... We don't have
any AlarmNet Radios or Cellular Units.

If I ever decide to retire, I'm going to send him down all of my junk pile. One
Christmas day, a tractor trailer is gonna pull up in front of his house and
make a delivery. That is, they're just gonna unhitch the trailer and drive
