So in need of urgent help here. My project for college was finished and due for presentation Monday. I have an antenna off a GPRS device and I have lost the top of it here is the link. I lost the rectangle pcb at the top.

I heard that you can run a wire from the coax and still get reception is this correct. anyone know what I need to do.
