Any DVRs less than $1000 have Alarm notification via SMS?

I'm looking for this feature but I only see it in the high end models,
do any DVRs for less then $1000 have text (sms) notification? Thanks

None of the low end models i have seen have this.

If it supports email, most cellular/wireless providers have a method of
sending SMS via email... for example, [email protected]
