Any homemade plotter plans or kits ?

Hi,
Looking at the cost of a plotter on ebay I am convinced buying one is
beyone my resources. I would be greatful if someone could point me to a
web page which offers plans or kits for a (perferably large "E") size
plotter.

Have some of them but the description is in Dutch. Elektor ever had a plan
back in the eighties. My "Elektuur" article is in Dutch as well but I guess
they also published it in the UK. For all I know they use to read English
overthere

Plotters typically sell miliitary or community college surplus for ten
to thirty dollars.
