Anyone using Eagle help me

I am creating new devices but they are not showing when I press add button.Also i pressed drop button by mistake and then the device is not showing again. Help me!

Have a look at the Eagle user chat.

You probably have to put the new device in a library of your own and tell eagle to use that library.
