Are deep red 660nm LEDS completely safe?

No not grow lights. I think they use some red and some blue for grow lights. I just want red only.
At least I hope I don't get grow lights because I don't want any blue.

For this application I read red was better for night time lighting vs white which is what I have now.
I would have just bought standard b22 lights but the only ones I could find, last time I bought those same design in white they didn't last long in the higher 240v light fittings (probably designed for 220v). So I'm making my own light with an led and module and led driver.

I could get either 620nm or 660 nm, I thought 660 would be better but I wanted to check that it was as safe as 620 or other white light. In case I make some stupid mistake.

The IR light was for a different project for sprouting as I read that ir stimulates seeds to grow.
I had also wondered if it could be used as a very low powered overheat heat lamp like in a bathroom but I think it's too dangerous for that so I'm only using it in an enclosed box.
