Are these 2 caps the same?

In relation to my what caps is this request. I have found a old pcb board at home and discovered some green caps on it that have 103 on them. Can i use them in replace of the originals. the photo and info are below. thanks

Hi Stuee,
The Oriental "green caps" are metalized plastic film (mylar or polyester).
103J is 0.01uF, 5% and is good.
103K is 0.01uF, 10% and is cheaper.

I don't know what is the voltage rating of the cheap one.

The more expensive one is rated to 100V.

The cheaper one is probably rated to 50V but it doesn't say.

So the old (orig) cap is cheap and the possible replacement 103k100v is the better one so i can use them.
