I find all kinds of people that sell this chip but, no Datasheet.
What does ATL stand for anyways?

I have a mouse that was with no wires and have the same problem.
The MALE PS2 connector has 6 pins. looking to it with the notch  on top:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PS/2_connector
Right side - clockwise pins 6 - 4 -2
Left side - counterclockwise pins 5 - 4 - 1
pins:
6 -
4 - Positive
2 -
5 - CK
3 - Grd
1 - Data
On the picture you have you add, and is not shown, there is a 5 pin cable connector on the left down corner
from right to left
1 - Positive
2 - Grd
3 - Data (SDIO)
4 - Ck (SCK)
5 - NC

Finally, your answer will be:
on the ATL 2188 IC
P6 - Data (SDIO)
P5 - Ck (SCK)

Hope it will help someone
