audio jack input selector

Hi, can anyone help me with the following problem.....

I have a mobile phone with an audio adaptor to allow the connection of headphones with a 3.5mm stereo jack and an FM radio with the same. The problem is that I want to connect both to the same headphones and be able to select one input at a time ie. when using the phone i cannot hear the radio.

Sorry  if this is a stupid question but I cannot find anything in my local electornics store and my knowledge of electronic circuits is v. basic  :-[

A 2-pole switch and some jacks in a little box would be simple. The parts would need to come from a real electronic parts distributor.

You can copy the circuit of the things sold that detect the phone's sound then automatically mute the radio, but it is complicated for a nooby.
