I need advice/sugestion to know what part might be bad, Is the inverter or the flex cable or what else?
I was opening and closing the lid like a normal laptop would but without having the screws for the hinges so i believe the flex cable pulled in some wrongfuly way. I did reinsert the flex cable but this time nothing got fixed. I have 2 spare flex cables and 2 inverters for this specific laptop model latitude c600.

Since you get a good initial BIOS boot screen display, possibly reset bios.
maybe it got corrupted as part of the cable disconnect.....

Remove bios battery for a couple of hours and reinstall. Typically its a coin cell
battery.

i did remove batery for 4 hours and turned on nothing changed, i also checked all lcd flex cable connectors they appear to be in good shape not sure about been clean but, i checked the port that connects to the monitor flex it was good and the flex cable itself although not the reverse side but i don't think is the flex cable anyway, I even removed the one connector atached to the lcd and did some air duster on all ports as well i just did not clean any contacts yet i don't think are dirty as they were working before i used the laptop for a while opening/closing the lcd but without the screws that hold tight the hinges.

i checked flex cable again both sides didn't notice nothing bad then put 2 pieces of kapton tape then turned it on but still the same bad screen. I'm thinking is the inverter.
