battery troubles

hey! New here and hoping for some help: I got a little etree ultrasonic fogger that i want to make portable. It is 24v and I need some type of battery to hook it up to. I have tried two 12v batteries but they don't have enough amperage to power it at less than one amp. I cannot find any other batteries that have high enough amps (at least one full amp). Any suggestions? I am dumb on electronics so please talk down to me lol. Thanks!

What 12V batteries are you using? Even an AA sized cell can supply 1A, at least for a short while.

And a 12V Lithium Ion battery can supply 10s of Amps.

How long does it have to run?
