Best AC to DC Converters

I'm looking to use an AC to DC converter for a project (pinball machine). I need a converter that will output 48V. Any suggestions for reliable companies or models? Would either of the ones listed below work well?

25 kHz switching frequency and no pedigree - makes me nervous. 13 cents per watt in ones - pass.
