best way to test LED LIGHT Globes

i have some LED in my house what is the best way to test if the globe or driver is the problem?

We need some more info to help.
1) How many LEDs do you have?
2) What kind of LEDs are they?
3) What LED driver do you have?
4) Are the LEDs not coming on when you have them hooked up?
5) Do you have a circuit of how you have them hooked up? How about a photo?
