Book needed !!!!

Hi, this my firts post, so be kind!!

I'm looking for a good book to learn how to program PIC microcontrollers. I'm not a newbie in electronics and I have a good base in programming like C++. But I never programmed a PIC and as you know they are everywhere, so I would like to learn that. I have JALEdit but I'm confused with all the commands related to PIC programming.
