Sounds like a nice system setup. The only other thing I would add would be a CO
detector in the bedroom hall.
Amherst is pretty reputable. The others are National dealers, what are their
company names? Another good company you could try would be DFT Security up in
that area.

I just called the Brinks rep and found out that the "cut line monitor"
does nothing more than trigger the in-house alarm. This was not was I
was led to believe, so it looks like I'll be going with Amherst Alarm
after all. They were straightforward through the entire process.
I'll give myself another 2 days to decide - I hate jumping into $
commitments (although I did get married ...)![]()
