bt150 & bt151

can bt150 and bt151 replace each other.

Depends on whcih replaces which and what are the relevant parameters. For example: BT150: Irms = 5 A, BT151: Irms = 7.5 A. Not directly compatible

I want to replace BT150 and not in market. The available one is BT151. Or what
are other equivalent of BT150 please

If we don't know the relevant parameters, we cannot give a good answer with high certainty. What is the application? Probably the BT151 with its higher amperage is suitable.
