I attach you a datasheet for 1200P60, I am not completely sure if this is the right one.. check it..

About BT9151 I can't find anything.. can u give more info? what is it?

I find BT9151 ic in the wire intercom and that i read from

the chip,and there is no more inf. writen on the chip .

About 1200P60 i check it is right that i need . :-*

You are pretty lucky HA . Here is what i found:

BT9151 is equivelant to UM9151 and it is a Pulse Dialer with direct Phone line operation. 4 * 3 matrix keyboard interface. Supply voltage range of 2 to 5.5 V. 22 digit redial memory. Selectable make/break ratio. High speed test capacity.
