I mistakenly used the incorrect mains charger for this radio, and the radio still works but all audio is no longer working. I should have used a DC 6V 1A and plugged in a DV 16V 1.3A. Would there be an obvious component to check and swap out to fix this?

Something in the output stage has failed. That's all one can say with the available information.

If you tell us something more about the radio, the make, model.... that will be a better starting point.

Photos of the insides, IC / Semiconductor numbers will be much better in working out the possible causes and repairs.

Does it have a headphone socket and, if it does, does the audio come from it ok?

What's on the reverse of that board? I can see the main processor (large chip) and the other looks to be a memory chip to store last-programmed values, volume settings etc after switch-off. The audio amp is not likely to be part of either of those devices so there's got to be something on the other side of that board.
