Bush DAB Radio

Hello everyone, I've had Bush Sandy DAB radio, come into my TV repair shop, it has this annoying fault you can power it on, but you can't power it off, i did the obvious changing of the tactile switch to no avail, I have noticed some smd capacitors resistors and semi's, I'm doing this job for free, in between paid work for a customers grandmother, anyone see this fault? and any idea where I should look, I must say I've taken radio's on before especially DAB, any advice would be gratefully received.
