Buzzer defect

Dear Sir,
In one of my PCB there is a buzzer which receives voltage via a FET,but the issue is the buzzer o/p is gud in some and having error in other bords.I reassembled the fets and the buzzer too, but still the buzzer is giving some ceeepy sound,kindly advice

I moved your post to a new thread - it didn't belong in the original thread.

Show us a circuit diagram and tell us the type of buzzer and FET you are using. Is this a DC-buzzer that generates sound by itself or does it require an AC signal to generate sound? How is the FET controlled? What are your operating voltages?
