The TDA1554 amplifier IC is obsolete and is not made anymore. The two largest American parts distributors (Digikey and Newark) do not have any.

It was not very good anyway. Its output was 22W per stereo channel into 4 ohms when its supply was an over-charging 14.4V battery and its distortion was horrible at 10% because it was badly clipping.
Its output was really only 12W per stereo channel when the supply was a reasonable 13.2V and the distortion was lower but still fairly high at 0.5%.

Many much better car amplifier ICs are also obsolete today so I cannot recommend one anymore.

It is obsolete. If it fails then you might not be able to replace it.

Why didn't you look at its datasheet to see that it is designed to use a 24V supply that is not available in a car?
Its datasheet shows that its output per channel is only 3.5W into 4 ohms with fairly high distortion with a 13V supply. A little louder than a cheap clock radio.

But you can bridge its two channels then it will produce about 7W into one 8 ohm speaker with fairly high distortion and a 13V supply.

The TDA7350A is not available at the two largest American IC distributors (Digikey and Newark) and it is obsolete.

The datasheet for the obsolete amplifier IC tells you EVERYTHING. Didn't you look??

With a 13V supply:
1) As a stereo amplifier the output is 4.5W into 4 ohms per channel with fairly high distortion of 1%.
2) As a single bridged amplifier its output is 12.5W into 4 ohms with fairly high distortion of 1%.

I intend to power the amp with a 12v lead acid battery that is why am looking for a car amplifier IC. Pls can  you recommend any good (10-20) watts IC, not necessary for car, that can work fine with this low voltage.

About 15 years ago there were about 76 car amplifier ICs available from Philips and ST Micro.
Now most are obsolete and there are some available in China.
