Is there any potential problem if I hook up two 12 volt 1500ma chargers to a 12 volt battery bank? (four 6 volt 4ahr/20hr lead acid batteries in series)
My electronics knowledge is limited.
Thank you!

4 X 6v batteries in series will give you 24Volts. Do you mean you have 2 lots in series, in parallel with each other?

The main problem would be that both chargers could potentially force current into each other.
There are ways around that by using diodes on each charger output.
But I think you have more issues than that. Buy the correct charger for your equipment.

If you sue diodes real low drop ones would help the trip points on the charger,
like when to start float charging if you have that feature, should continue to
work properly.

Like https://www.analog.com/en/products/max17614.html#part-details

But if its just a bare bones type of charger a LV Schottky diodes should suffice.

Consider these :

Normally, one would not expect the gear used to be THAT far out.
I'm guessing it's a wind up.
