circuit diagrams for a fire and gas detection system/using a 2oo3 voting system?

Hi, if anyone could help it would be much appreciated. I am currently doing a electronics project, I need to design and build a fire and gas detection system simulator/using a 2oo3 voting system. I have done all my research but am now in need of a full circuit daigram, cant find anything on the net so far. hope to hear from anyone who could help. thanks scott
