Current power supply

Hi all. I am working on a pool chlorinator which runs like an hho system. I need a power supply that will produce 12 volts but the main thing I need is to be able to run around 30 to 40 amps current. Does anyone have a simple schematic to do this. I would appreciate any help I can get. thanks Jeff Rose
