Data sheets for Infineon/Siemens IR optos?

I'm chasing data sheets on the Infineon SFH409 IR LED and the SFH309FA-4 IR
phototransistor. Most ofhe usual sources show nothing, as does Google. The
nearest I can find is abbreviated data on the Farnell (or was it RS?) website.

Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

I've some data sheets on both as pdf's - the '309 is a Siemens sheet the
'409 is from Osram. Don't know where I got them from, I'll mail them if you
want them (about 200k all up) .

I rebuilt my system and stuffed up my NG email address.

I looked for munging but it seemed OK so I tried he original
