sir, i am doing a project for simulating double tail comparator using cmos technology (180nm).my tool is lt spice.now i am stuck at the design details of double tail comparator.

Show us your current design. The circuit you have so far.

Guess you have to search for a differential comparator in CMOS. 90 or 180 nm production technology is more a question of when the IC was designed and put in production.

Sir, this is actually screen shot taken from our base paper.this is the circuit we are working on.In order to do this in lt spice i need to know the design .but i dont know how to set w and l ratios for the transistors.hope you can help sir.
