Differential signals LVDS and SLVS

Hello,

I want to connect two sp605 boards of Xilinx together through the FMC connectors. The question might be silly but... do I need a buffer/driver or connect them directly? The length of the cables will not exceed the 2-3 meters.

Does anyone know a LVDS to SLVS translator?
