So, for my project i were thinking to build a homemade bill acceptor using RGB sensor... so before i start... i would like to know it's pros and cons of it... so can anyone share some of your knowledge?.... your help will be much appreciated ^_^

The disadvantage of a bill acceptor based on an electronic system rather than human vision is it doesn't work and is very easy to misidentify real bank notes af forgeries if they're dirty or torn or pass forgeries if they're very good.
yah i t is true that nothing beats the human eye on identifying the values of the bill.. but i do not have any other choice but to build a homemade bill acceptor/validator, if i want to graduate... that is why i so need to know it's technical ups and downs...
