DMM6500 table multimeter and Accuracy

Dear community,

I'm working with a Keithley DMM6500 (table multimeter) and i have some difficulty's to understood the accuracy table on page 9.

My aim is to choose/compare/select resistor with very low value (<100mOhms).

My question, on the first table, page 8. Could you explain me the right accuracy for a 1r range ?
