DP4T, 4PDT or ?

Building a simple circuit with a motor-generator. Will be 9-12V DC. Need a switch with three positions and I'm confused as hell.

Position A - Momentary, normal polarity to MG from power source
Position B - MG shorted
Position C - Momentary, reverse polarity to MG from power source

I could solve it with a 4PDT; poles 0 and 1 are used for normal polarity and 2 and 3 for reverse but then I don't know how to short it.

Here is a Motor/Generator Control Circuit, including Brake function.
The Break Resistor is often added to smoothen the break cycle and to protect the relay contact of REL2 (especially when larger motors are controlled).
This circuit is good because it uses the NC contact of REL2 as break, thus waisting no relay energy in the not active state (switch position B).
When practically used, this circuit should also have 2 free wheel diodes or snubbers parallel to the coils.
