Dual diode like 1N4148?

In SOT23?

I've been looking around, but haven't found one yet. 4ns, 4pF, 30V or
so, 0.2A continuous, dual series connection. BAV99 comes close, but
not quite.

Any suggestions?

I just bought some BAS4004IN's Schottky's from Digi Key for protection duty. I
can't remember the specifics but they seemed like the fastest Digi Key had.

Check them out.
