i heard that in dvd player a scartch cd work well.But my electronics sir say to me that only scartch dvd can only play welly. Is it right or wrong?

lol...welly..i dont know... but if it has a scartch on the dvd then it can only play welly but if you put a scartch on the dvd then it will play well...

The tracking technique in the modern DVD player are more advanced and sophisticated than in the older CD players. So, yes I think the DVD player has a much better chance to interpret the data in the track of the old and scratched CD disk. 8)
