time for silly question 1 - PROJECT HYBRID

a bit of background ...

i have a internal combustion engine (SC40 glo fuel) which i want to use to power 2 electric motors. the electric motors are 7.2V and will flatten a 3000mAH battery in about 6 minutes which by my schoolboy mathematics equates to 30A each. these will controlled by 2 (or even possibly 1) electronic speed controllers to provide forward momentum of the model

i know that if you reverse power a motor you turn it into a dynamo, the question is what motor do i need?, is the voltage cumulative or is the amperage cumulative (do i need a motor that outputs 14.4V or one that outputs 60A)?, what have i not thought of?

so here i am putting this out to all you clever people hoping ...
