I am trying to build the following circuit:

I purchased the electret microphone at Radio Shack:

This mic has 3 leads; Red, White and Ground.

How do I hook up the 3 leads on this circuit since it only shows two connections to the mic?

Thanks

Hi Crivoli,
Welcome to our forum. ;D

Did you get this microphone? RadioShack never show how to connect their stuff.
I think it has a red wire for a filtered positive voltage of 4V to 10V, a ground and a white wire output that connects to a coupling capacitor.

The specs of the mic say that Red is V+, White is Output and Black is Ground...

Will this work with the schematic since it only shows two hook ups to the mic?
