Electronic locker

Hey all iam new to this foroum i have question concerening the electronic lockre i tried to build it but it seems that its not working i tried to anallyize the circuit and i have found that the output of Q2 in first flip flop will remain zero whatever happened which will lead the circuit to be close all time.
So can anyone help me?
