Can someone tell me the name for the circled end of the power supply shown below? I need to rebuild this cable but cannot find this piece.

But you also need to know the inner and outer diameter. Usually measured in mm.

Many times they're called "barrel" connectors. That end is a female plug. Here's a DigiKey search with some options to get you started:
