Frequency of high voltage diode

I want to buy 2CL2FM .

I want to find out the real switching frequency of the diode.
Can I apply it in the smps with 100 khz of switching frequency?

100ns should equal to 10MHz. So 100khz switching frequency should be fine.
But for higher effiency, you should have more than 100khz in smps
