Galaxy 16+ Engineer Code

Can anyone help? I need to default the engineer code on a Ademco Galaxy 16+
I have been given. I can't find a normal link on the main board to reset
the whole panel like the 500.

According to FAQ's on Microtech site, you need to replace the NVM chip. No
other way of defaulting Eng code.
